A public administrator and law school graduate, she has worked since her early career managing educational projects. Currently, she manages Escolas Criativas, where she falls deeper in love each day with the transformational power of education.

She loves to dive into subjects and has acted for more than ten years in education and public politics. She graduated in international relations, has a master’s degree in developmental studies and specializes in transformative education.
Felipe Barros

A licensed teacher with a bachelor’s degree in international relations, he lectured in public schools for the states of São Paulo and Mato Grosso do Sul. Since 2020, he has worked in projects training new teachers and in pedagogical consulting for educational secretariats.

An engineering graduate, her life’s purpose is to work in public education. She acted as a project manager and strategic planner for over eight years and now leads the Escolas Criativas program and team.

A graduate in social sciences, he’s worked in research, with a focus on ethnography and qualitative methodologies, with the task of carrying out listening sessions together with school systems to understand different experiences as well as the development of the Escolas Criativas program.
Juliana Rodrigues

She is a licensed schoolteacher with a master’s in science teaching. She has worked in the education area for 15 years, performing scholastic project development, creating teaching materials, training new professionals and in prospecting new partnerships.

She has a bachelor’s degree in publicity and is concluding a post-graduate in communications and marketing as well as having worked for 10 years in impact and social responsibility projects. She believes that communication and education are the greatest instruments for transformation.

With a degree in social sciences, he has worked in projects within education and community mobilization. He is currently the institutional development coordinator for Escolas Criativas program.

Passionate for learning, she has a master's degree in scientific, educational and technological training and is a specialist in management and educational leadership. She explores principals of mediation and the design of fertile learning environments.
Vanessa Camargo Maestro

She is a social scientist and specialist in in management of social projects, public policies, territory and intersectionality. Since 2015, she works with training in education, developing methodologies in scholastic and social projects as well as community mobilization.
Veronica Gomes dos Santos

Curious about nature and an eternal storyteller, she has a master’s and doctoral degree in science teaching with a focus in creative learning and is a specialist in distance learning and educational management. Pedagogy and experience in public school systems have always contributed to her interests in teaching, learning, instructor training and methodologies.
